No Limit Lifting Simulator 2 How to Play
Master the lift → Muscle → Coins → upgrades engine before chasing Reborn and gods.
If Getting Started is the checklist, this page is the rulebook. How to Play No Limit Lifting Simulator 2 explains why each resource exists, when to convert it, and how the sequel’s permanent X15 Coins / X2 Muscle bonuses (versus classic NLLS) change pacing without rewriting the genre. Developer MrMorZien shipped this Roblox title on 2026-05-30 at Place 120901926752670—released and live, not a pre-release teaser.
The core loop in one breath
Lift weights → gain Muscle → sell Muscle for Coins → buy Weights & Genes → progress Body Altering → meet Infinite Reborn requirements → kill gods for Bloodlines → optimize Pets → climb Leaderboards.
Every advanced system assumes this loop is healthy. Bloodlines will not save a player who never sells Muscle. Pets will not save a player who never upgrades Weights. Reborn will not open if Body Altering is ignored.
Resource roles
Muscle
Muscle is the raw product of lifting. It is not the end currency. Holding Muscle forever is like stocking a warehouse and never invoicing clients. Sell on a cadence that funds the next upgrade without forcing you to babysit every tick.
Coins
Coins buy power: Weights, Genes, and the long Body Altering road. Sequel X15 Coins means shop tiers fall faster than in classic NLLS, but costs still escalate into scientific notation territory—your eventual Reborn gate includes 1 Sxtg Coins alongside the 30th Body Altering.
Weights
Weights multiply how hard each lift pays in Muscle. Falling behind on Weights is the most common silent account killer. If two friends play the same wall-clock time and one is far ahead, compare Weight tier before blaming luck.
Genes
Genes are the second multiplier rail. Treat them as partners to Weights, not a rival tree you ignore until “later.” Alternating purchases keeps both rails climbing so Body Altering investments feel productive.
Pets
Pets multiply the same economy from another angle. Code pets (see Active Codes and How to Get Pets) are often the best early spikes because they are free. Equip always; inventory flex means nothing while unequipped.
Decision framework: what to buy next
Ask one question after every big Muscle sell: Which purchase most increases Coins per minute over the next session?
- If lifts feel weak, buy Weight.
- If Weight is fine but gains still crawl, buy Gene or improve pets.
- If both rails are healthy and the UI is pushing Body Altering, spend into How to Body Alter stages.
- If you are approaching late mid-game, begin planning the Reborn checklist on How to Reborn.
Avoid “prestige panic”—dumping every Coin into a fantasy Reborn fund while your Weight is outdated lengthens the path to 1 Sxtg, it does not shorten it.
Session templates
Short session (15–30 minutes)
Redeem any new codes from the Codes Hub, equip pets, lift, sell once or twice, buy the cheapest meaningful upgrade, log off. Short sessions are for keeping multipliers fresh.
Standard session (1–2 hours)
Run multiple sell cycles, alternate Weight/Gene buys, and chip Body Altering. Check Updates if the shop looks different after a patch.
Long grind
Batch goals: “two Weight tiers” or “one Body Altering stage,” not vague “get stronger.” Long grinds without a numeric target turn into unfocused AFK.
How combat systems fit later
God fights for Angel/Demon Bloodlines are real, but they sit after the economy makes you durable and damaging enough to matter. Reborn’s stacking +X10 GAIN/HP/DMG theme is one reason the first Reborn is hardest—you attempt it with the least stack history. Read How to Get Bloodline when Reborn planning is already underway.
Leaderboards are a scoreboard on top of the same engine. They reward the loop; they are not a separate mini-game that replaces selling Muscle.
Information sources that actually help
There is no official Wiki or Trello. Discord remains the announcement hub (Links). This Guides section exists to keep loop advice consistent so you are not mixing classic NLLS habits with sequel costs. When a creator video disagrees with the 30th Body Altering + 1 Sxtg Reborn gate, trust the gate.
Play well checklist
- Pets equipped before lifts.
- Muscle converted to Coins on purpose.
- Weights and Genes both advancing.
- Body Altering scheduled, not accidental.
- Codes rechecked after visit milestones.
- Reborn requirements tracked before you “feel ready.”
Master this page and every other guide becomes easier to execute. Weak loop fundamentals make Body Altering guides look impossible and pet guides look useless—fix the engine first.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What is the core gameplay loop?
Lift to gain Muscle, sell Muscle for Coins, buy Weights and Genes, push Body Altering, then work toward Infinite Reborn, Bloodlines, pets, and leaderboards.
Should I save all Coins for Reborn?
No. Starving Weights and Genes slows Coin income and delays the 1 Sxtg requirement. Buy power that raises Coins per minute, then bank surplus later.
How do sequel bonuses change play?
Permanent X15 Coins and X2 Muscle versus classic NLLS speed up the same loop. They do not remove selling, shopping, or Body Altering.
When do pets matter in the loop?
Immediately. Equip code pets and egg pets before grinding so every lift benefits; see the pets guide for acquisition details.
Where should I go after learning the loop?
Open How to Body Alter for mid-game stages, then How to Reborn when you near the 30th Body Altering and 1 Sxtg Coins gate.
