Core actions
Lift
Lifting is your Muscle generator. On PC, interact with the lift control/button the experience presents (on-screen action rather than a hidden console command). Hold or repeat according to the live prompt until Muscle builds. On mobile, tap/hold the lift control; do not spam so hard that you miss the Sell window when the UI flashes affordability cues.
Sell
Selling converts Muscle into Coins. Coins buy Weights, Genes, eggs, and Body Altering progress. Make Sell a rhythm, not an afterthought: lift to a comfortable Muscle chunk, sell, check shop, repeat. If you forget to sell, you stall the entire Reborn plan described on How to Reborn.
Codes button (left side)
